The new HYBRID PV module represents a low-cost alternative and, at just 6.8 kg/m², is still light enough for many applications!
By combining thin glass and our unique composite material, we have succeeded in developing a module that is ideal for roofs with load-bearing problems despite its low weight of 6.8 kg/m². In many cases, it represents a cost-effective alternative to the ultra-light DAS Energy modules. The module is particularly suitable for trapezoidal sheet metal surfaces, as it offers more rigidity due to the thin glass plate and therefore bends less than the conventional lightweight and flexible DAS Energy PV modules.
